Man oh man do I love a great ghost story. The Conjuring is one of the…….no the best horror/ghost flick that I have seen in a very long time. As soon as I pressed start I was hooked and on the edge of my seat. The Conjuring scared the living hell out of me and every one who is a horror fan should check this movie out. The funny thing to me is James Wan the guy who gave us the first SAW picture. James Wan was the reason why I did not check out this flick when it first came out in 2013. I have never really been a fan of SAW and I was not a fan of Wan’s second effort DEAD SILENCE. So when The Conjuring was announced I didn’t think much of it. I can now say that was a stupid choice on my part.

The Conjuring was everything I was hoping. The story is amazing dealing with a witch instead of a normal demon ghost story. The witch aspect of this story made the film feel more real and more demanding of your attention. Of course this is a standard story not adding anything new to the history of ghost stories. However for this being a standard story does not mean that It was terrible. For anyone who has not seen this flick yet I hope you do.

Trust me just see this flick you will be happy you did.
